Personal data
RHINOS SOLUTIONS collects only the data it needs to answer you. There are two ways in: the contact form on this site, and email.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your first name, your surname, your email address and the message you write. Three fields stay optional: your company, the sector concerned and your telephone number. An email sent straight to the company carries whatever you put in it.
What it is used for
Your data is used to handle your request, to answer it and to send you the information you ask for. It is never sold, never rented and never used for unsolicited marketing.
Who can see it
The internal departments of RHINOS SOLUTIONS, and the technical providers that keep the site running: page hosting and email delivery. Those providers act on our instructions and for that purpose alone.
How long we keep it
Data is kept for five years from the day it is recorded, then deleted.
Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights over the information that concerns you. You exercise them by email to our data protection officer, at dpo@rhinos.fr, and we answer within 48 hours.
- Access (article 15 opens in a new tab): receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification (article 16 opens in a new tab): have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Erasure (article 17 opens in a new tab): have the data that concerns you deleted.
- Restriction (article 18 opens in a new tab): suspend the use of your data while something is checked.
- Portability (article 20 opens in a new tab): receive your data in a reusable format, or have us pass it to a third party.
You may also object to the processing of your data at any time, at the same address. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL opens in a new tab, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file left on your device while you visit. This site uses as few as it can, and leaves you the choice on everything that is not essential to it working.
Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site working and do not require your consent.

- Remembers the language you read the site in. Kept for one year.
- rhinos_consent
- Records your cookie choices. Kept for six months.
The site also keeps in your browser, and only for the length of your visit, the fact that you have seen the intro once, your scroll position and the draft of the contact form; all of it goes when you close the tab. Your sound preference stays in your browser until you clear this site’s data. None of it follows your browsing.
Audience measurement
We count visits with Matomo, hosted by Matomo Cloud on servers inside the European Union. Those cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time. There are two of them: _pk_id, which tells visitors apart, and _pk_ses, which ties the pages you read to a single visit; by default Matomo keeps them for thirteen months and thirty minutes respectively.
Nothing else is loaded: no advertising, no social network, no profiling tool.
